RSN Series Arc Stud Welders

Efficient equipment for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, copperaluminum, and alloys.
Applications: Steel structures, bridges, locomotives, ships, boilers

Technical Specifications

Product Overview

Widely used in fields such as steel structures, bridges, locomotives, ships, boilers, and industrial furnaces.
Capable of welding carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and electroplated materials, and can perform welding of dissimilar metal materials.
Short welding times, approximately 0.1 to 2 seconds, with high efficiency, welding 16 to 25 rivets per minute.
Good rivet verticality, no weld marks on the backside of the welded rivet panel, no deformation occurs, and a high rate of finished product quality.
High weld point strength, reaching the strength of the base material and the rivet.
Significant reduction in three major pollutants compared to manual arc welding: smoke, arc light, and noise, improving the working environment and reducing labor intensity.
